Author and stress management expert Jane Clarkston works with individuals and corporate wellness programs to assist people in learning how to use their own abilities to relax and let go of stress. She is the author of The Shrouded Caverns and has assisted thousands of students, CEOs, and other individuals on how to tap into their own God-given abilities.
As a hypnotherapist and counselor, she gently uses her voice to take the person into a deeply relaxed state where they learn how to lower blood pressure, boost the immune system, and overcome anxiety as they improve their overall health and well-being.
A highlight of her life was at the University of Michigan, where she was an instructor of meditation and yoga. The classes were large, and Jane has often said that having the opportunity to help students learn how to let go of stress and embrace the peace, joy, and power they hold within was a gift.
“Stress is a fear-based state of mind, and we choose whether we are going to hold on to anxiety, or let it go and feel the freedom of peace. Stress can kill you, but it never eliminates the problem.”
Jane has taught classes at numerous colleges, military bases, and hospitals and conducted corporate wellness programs. She has been a go-to expert on FOX NEWS, ABC, NBC, and CNN on the topics of relaxation and alternative health. She lives in Las Vegas with her better half and her cat Sheba, who lies on a plush pillow by her desk while she writes.
